Tenders Are Invited for Consultancy Services for Interior Design Services for New Asyad Group Headquarters (building 02 & 03)
Description of Scope of Service
ASYAD Group intends to appoint a qualified and experienced Interior Design Consultancy to provide
comprehensive interior design services for the New ASYAD Group Headquarters, which will accommodate all
business units operating under ASYAD Group.
The new headquarters is located in Madinat Al Irfan, adjacent to Omantel, and comprises two main office
buildings, building 02 and Building 03, which are interconnected through a shared main entrance connection at
ground floor level. Each building has an approximate gross built-up area of 15,145 m² and consists of eight (8)
floors.
The indicative floor area distribution per building is as follows:
· Ground Floor: approximately 2,070.2 m²
· First Floor: approximately 1,621.6 m²
· Second to Seventh Floors: approximately 1,796.8 m² per floor
· Eighth Floor: approximately 672.6 m²
The total gross built-up area per building is approximately 15,145 m², resulting in a combined total of
approximately 30,290 m² for both buildings. In addition, the development includes an approximately 250 m²
main entrance connection area, which physically links the two buildings and forms part of the overall Interior
Design Scope.
The New ASYAD Group Headquarters is a strategic corporate asset intended to serve as the Group’s primary
administrative and executive hub. The facility is envisioned to provide a modern, efficient, and high-quality
working environment that reflects ASYAD Group’s corporate identity and supports its operational and long-term
strategic objectives. Key design considerations include functionality, flexibility, sustainability, and employee
well-being, in alignment with contemporary best practices for corporate workplaces.
This tender is initiated in accordance with ASYAD Group’s procurement policies, internal governance
requirements, and applicable tendering procedures for consultancy services. At present, there is no active or
valid interior design consultancy contract covering the required scope of work. Accordingly, a competitive
tender process is required to formally appoint a suitably qualified specialist consultan
