Tenders are invited for 16089/2026 :the brief description of the works are as follows
site clearance, cutting, filling, laying of external works and services as detailed on drawing
construction, completion and maintenance of (23) housing units including all civil & architectural and all associated electromechanical works and services as described in the issued tender drawings and documents
.plinth protection includes interlock pavement and kerbstone
aggregate spreading within plot boundary excluding building’s plinth and interlock pavement areas
holding tank including necessary sewerage connections as detailed on drawings
electrical, water supply, drainage services (internal and external) including rainwater, manholes, gas system (provision for gas cylinder), electrical works etc. complete as detailed on drawings
supply, installation, testing & commissioning of split air-conditioner units
obtaining all authority approvals prior to commencing the works at site and on completion of the works
