Tenders are invited for design, development, and delivery of the artificial intelligence for public leaders program the royal academy of management aims to design and deliver a high-quality ai foundational program that equips 30 omani public sector leaders from diverse government entities with a shared understanding of artificial intelligence and its core principles.
the program will build foundational knowledge, a common language, and practical capabilities in ai, enabling participants to apply ai responsibly and effectively within their organizations. it will support leaders in enhancing operational efficiency, improving citizen services, and contributing to national
priorities in alignment with oman vision 2040.
the successful bidder must provide robust project management and administrative support throughout the lifecycle of the program to ensure seamless planning, delivery, monitoring, and reporting. this includes:
o dedicated project team: assign a core team (academic/program director, program manager, administrative staff, technical experts) fully responsible for project oversight. their qualifications must demonstrate experience with complex leadership and similar programs. the academic director should work closely with the project team in ram to align on the objective of the programme and he/she is expected to be present during the full learning journey.
o detailed project timeline and roadmap: submit a comprehensive roadmap detailing all milestones from contract award to final reporting, including visual timelines for deliverables (program design, training delivery, and reporting). this roadmap must be included in the final detailed program design document.
o milestone tracking & reporting: provide regular updates to the royal academy of management via progress reports and planning meetings, covering program status, risks, logistics, and timeline deviations.
o operational coordination: manage all end-to-end logistics, including participant communications, session scheduling, faculty travel/accommodation and materials.
o stakeholder engagement: maintain close coordination with the royal academy of managements focal team, ensuring alignment with expectations and standards, facilitating regular check-ins, and seeking approval at key decision points.
o responsiveness & flexibility: demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changes in program needs or schedules while maintaining high delivery standards.
o quality assurance: ensure consistent quality of all deliverables through internal review, output validation, and responsiveness to feedback from the royal academy of management and participants.
