Tenders are invited for construction of al-duraiz park in al-qabil governorate
works:
* walkways and facilities belonging to the park
* colored asphalt paving
* irrigation system
* implementation of a skating rink
* toilets
* park lighting and electrical distributions
1. 1.2% of the business value will be deducted for the training and employment initiative.
2. the company that does not comply with the requirements of omanization and employing the national workforce will be excluded in accordance with circular no. (2) issued by the projects, tenders and local content authority.
3. the bid will be excluded if the site is not visited at the time specified in the bid information.
4. the provisions of the unified contract will be adhered to during the contract.
5. the municipality has the right to delete and reduce the quantities of items as it deems appropriate.
6. if there is a discrepancy between the approved maps and the specifications, the project engineer must be consulted before implementation.
7. the contractor is committed to implementing all safety requirements on site.
8. it is the contractors responsibility to protect materials and works until the project is completed.
9. operational tests of the works are conducted in the presence of the project engineer.
